Written enquiries and local drafts
Typing in the form does not submit your information. Selecting Submit Quote Request sends your name, email, project notes, optional project choices and uploaded attachment references to HOMEFIRA. The website stores them together in private storage hosted by Vercel and returns an enquiry reference. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving. If saving cannot be confirmed, keep the page open and retry the same request.
Download Draft keeps incomplete notes on your device and does not submit or update an enquiry. Unsaved entries otherwise remain in page memory until you leave or reload. Site-link reminders and supported browser unload prompts can help, but browsers may suppress them. No automatic recovery is promised.
Private attachments
Selecting files does not upload them. Upload Files Privately sends the selected files, filenames, sizes and a random reference to HOMEFIRA’s private Vercel storage. This step alone does not submit your written enquiry. Submit Quote Request then links verified uploaded files to your written details.
HOMEFIRA’s authorized administrator can view the complete enquiry and download its files after logging in. This website does not offer a public attachment listing or public file links. Files and enquiries remain until HOMEFIRA removes them; this test feature has no automatic deletion schedule. Removing a file reference from the form does not delete a stored file. Contact sales@homefira.com with the enquiry or HF upload reference about access, corrections or removal.
Use synthetic, non-sensitive files during testing. File type and size checks do not certify that a document is malware-free. Files are not automatically opened or displayed. Keep your original files and enquiry reference. Testing limits may temporarily prevent additional uploads or enquiries.
Internal email notifications
HOMEFIRA uses Tencent Enterprise Mail over encrypted SMTP for internal enquiry notifications to sales@homefira.com when delivery is enabled. Notifications include the submitted text, attachment names and a link to the protected administrator area. Attachments stay in private storage. No automatic confirmation or marketing email is sent to the buyer. Saving an enquiry is independent of notification delivery; an email failure does not remove the saved enquiry.
Administrator access
The private owner area uses password authentication and a secure, HTTP-only persistent login cookie. New logins have no fixed server-side time limit; the cookie is renewed when the administrator opens the owner area. Signing out removes that session, and only the five most recent persistent logins are retained. Browsers can expire or clear cookies, which requires signing in again. The cookie is used for administration, not advertising. The owner sets the first password through a designated setup page protected by Vercel account authentication. No initialization code is needed, and the public website cannot create an administrator. The site has no public administrator registration.
WhatsApp contact
Choosing a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp’s website or app for +86 18938591318 separately. No form entries or attachments are included and no message is sent automatically. A conversation you choose to start there is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. This site does not load a WhatsApp widget or tracking script.
Optional website analytics
When analytics is configured, you can accept or decline optional Google Analytics 4 measurement. Before you accept, this website does not load the Google analytics tag. If you accept, Google receives public page information and contact-action events: clicking the sales email, clicking WhatsApp, and a confirmed saved enquiry. Your name, email address, enquiry text, files and saved enquiry reference are not included in those events. Email and WhatsApp clicks measure an intention to contact us, not a confirmed message.
Analytics uses cookies and basic service information such as browser/device details to measure visits. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google signals remain disabled. Page URLs exclude raw query strings and fragments; only bounded campaign labels may be included. Administration, private drafts and preview deployments are excluded. The optional analytics choice is stored on your device for up to 180 days. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice or withdraw acceptance; withdrawal stops future website event reporting and removes the Google cookies set for this measurement ID.
Website delivery and testing
Vercel hosts the website and private enquiry data. Vercel and Tencent Enterprise Mail process requests needed to deliver these services. Optional Google Analytics 4 is described above; the application does not add advertising scripts or advertising pixels. Reviewed public English pages may be indexed when public indexing is enabled; administration, private records and unreviewed drafts remain excluded. Product preparation and enquiry testing safeguards remain in place. Business identity and long-term retention arrangements will need review before commercial launch.
